Should the acknowledger, for any reason be prevented from presenting himself before the department, he may submit an application to the president of the court of first instance to delegate the notary public to move to his place of residence.

The acknowledger, if any circumstances hindered his attendance to the department; may submit an application to the president of the Court of First Instance to request the delegation of the Notary Public to move to his dwelling, office or hospital. In this case, the acknowledger is required to pay moving fees of 100 Dirhams.
Steps

Upon arrival at the office of the notary public; the reviewer shall automatically draw his turn number for reviewing, when this number is displayed on the screen, he shall submit his documents to the notary.

The notary public shall review the marriage contract or certificate to be authenticated and shall peruse the translation and verify the identity of the wife and husband and the conformity of the signature of the pastor (clergyman or priest) and the seal of the church on the signature and seal accredited by him.

The notary public shall refer the contract or the deed with the attachments and the justifications to a documenter.

The documenter shall carry out the authentication procedures and enter the information in the computer and charge the concerned person with the payment of the fees at the court's treasury.

When the concerned person brings the receipt that substantiate the payment of the fees, the documenter shall complete authentication procedures and arrange the papers as an integral transaction and refer it to the notary public to authenticate and sign the report.

The documenter shall restore the transaction from the notary public and retain a copy of it and then deliver the other copy to the concerned person.
Preparation of an application for a ratified copy or copies signed by the capacitated person.

A copy of the document identifying the applicant should be attached.

Payment of fees of 5 Dirhams on each paper of the minutes or the contract of which a copy is required.

When the concerned person brings the receipt substantiating the payment of fees, the registrar shall complete the authentication procedures and set the papers in one comprehensive formality and refer it to the notary public to authenticate and sign the copies.

The documenter shall restore the transaction from the notary public and deliver the certified copies to the concerned person after this latter signs for receipt in the register provided for this purpose. If the applicant for a copy is not a party or is not concerned with the document or the contract subject of application, the application shall be presented to the President of the court of first instance to examine and give the appropriate decision. In the instance of approval, a copy shall be given according to the steps above mentioned.
